Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Bydee pieces, which is why we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all eligible items. Please ensure items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Return Option

  Select whether you would like an exchange for a different size, a store credit with a bonus value, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred tracked courier to send the package to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
